Communications: messages you send us through our contact form, email, or phone.
How We Use Your Information
- To fulfill orders: process payment, arrange free shipping, and provide tracking
- To provide customer support, including sizing and fit help
- To screen orders for fraud and security
- To send service updates and — only with your consent — marketing emails you can unsubscribe from at any time
Cookies
We use cookies necessary for the shopping cart and checkout to function, plus optional analytics cookies to improve the site. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the cart and checkout require them to work.
Sharing Your Information
We share data only as needed to run the store: with Shopify (our ecommerce platform), payment processors, and shipping carriers. We may also share personal information with advertising partners to show you relevant ads. We never sell your personal information.
Your Rights
Depending on your state, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of its sharing for targeted advertising. To exercise any of these rights, email support@Shoenest.store. We honor verified requests promptly and at no cost. You may also use our privacy choices page.
Data Retention & Security
We keep order records as long as required for tax and warranty purposes. All traffic to our store is encrypted, and payments are processed by Shopify's PCI-DSS-compliant infrastructure.
