1. Agreement
By using shoenest.store or purchasing from Shoenest, you agree to these Terms of Service. We may update these terms; the version in effect at the time of your order applies to that order.
2. Products & Pricing
We work to display accurate prices, product details, and availability. In the rare case of a pricing or description error, we reserve the right to correct it and, if the price was wrong, to cancel the affected order with a full refund. All prices are shown in USD and are tax-free.
3. Orders & Payment
Payment is due in full at checkout through Shopify's secure payment processing. Your order is an offer to buy; it is accepted when we send the shipping confirmation. We may cancel orders we suspect are fraudulent.
4. Shipping
Free shipping applies to US addresses only, per our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier.
5. Returns
Returns follow our Refund Policy: 30 days from delivery for unworn shoes in original condition.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — text, images, design, and logos — belongs to Shoenest and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
7. Product Representations
Colors may vary slightly by screen. We describe every pair honestly and note the upper material on each product page so you know how to care for it.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shoenest's total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
9. Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. Any dispute will first be addressed by good-faith negotiation through our support team; unresolved disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Maryland.
