Every order ships free to anywhere in the continental United States. No minimum purchase, no promo code.
Processing Time
Orders are picked and packed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays process the next business day.
Delivery Time
Typical delivery is 3–7 business days after processing, depending on your distance from our Maryland warehouse. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Carriers & Tracking
We ship via major national carriers. Every order includes door-to-door tracking — follow the link in your shipping confirmation email.
Shipping Region
We ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can only change an address before the order ships — contact us immediately if you spot an error. Shoenest is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
